If the minimums are not met the charges are as follows:

$30.00 per person below 30 people. Based on a room for 40 or 30)
$30.00 per person below 70 people. (Based on two room occupancy)

  • Rose Room-Charge varies according to guest count.- maximum charge to be $150.00
  • There is no room charge if the minimums are met.

Deposits/Charges

A deposit of $150.00 per party is required at the time of booking. Deposit will be applied to your final guest check.
Your deposit will be forfeit if :

  1. Your party is canceled within three (3) weeks of the event or
  2. Less than 85% of your guests arrive - based on final count
  3. If your party cancels with-in less than one week of the event you will be charged for 50 % of the estimated total. At that time there would be no way to re-coup the loss sustained by your cancellation.
  4. if this is a Saturday Lunch Function, a Sunday function or a Monday function the minimum charge to open the doors will be $1100.00 plus 18%

Final Count

Final guest count is due to Hazel's 4 days prior to your event. You will be responsible for payment based on the final count. If all of your guests fail to arrive you will be charged an average of the entrees chosen.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be communicated to Jeff Morey (Owner) Only. You will be given a cancellation confirmation number. If you are eligible for a deposit refund, it will be mailed to you within two weeks.
  • Guest Check--Separate checks cannot be accommodated on large parties. A single check will be presented and will include tax (7.375%) and a minimum gratuity of 18%.
    You are responsible for the final total as presented to you. There will be no adjustments made after payment has been submitted or, in the case of an established direct bill, the guest check has been signed. Please check your totals very thoroughly.
  • Linen Change-If it is necessary to change out the linen there will be an additional charge depending on amounts used.

Menu

  • Appetizers...we offer a wide variety of appetizers in addition to our menu. If you are interested in just Hors D' Oeuvres we can offer a complete package for $23.00 per person + tax and gratuity. In that event there would be an additional room charge
  • Alcohol/Wine/Beer...We offer a full bar. You may choose to have a host or no-host bar or any combination of both. You may bring in wine or champagne. Corkage is $9.00 per bottle.
  • Dessert...You may choose from a selection that we have or you may bring in your own cake...if you choose to provide your own cake we will be happy to serve it. There will be a $1.00 per plate charge.

Dinner Package One - Dinner will consist of the following:

  • Appetizers - (Shrimp Platters, Cheeses, Herbed Dips, Multiple Hot Hors D'oeuvres,
  • Fresh Tossed Green Salad with our dressing du Jour
  • Your entrée selection, complemented with seasonal vegetables & Potato/Rice
  • Coffee or Tea
  • Dessert Selection (to be mutually agreed upon)

Please choose five entrees from the following:

  • New York Steak (Cooked Medium)  - Veal Marsala - Scalone
  • Pork Schnitzel - Penne Pesto-(Scallops, Shrimp, Mushrooms W / a Curry Pesto Sauce)
  • Fresh Halibut or Salmon - Chicken Piccata - Garlic Chicken
  • Cheese Tortellini in a creamy Marinara sauce - Veal Parmesan 
  • Total Price (Not Including Gratuity or Alcoholic Beverage) = $ 44.00 Per Person

Dinner Package Two - Dinner will consist of the following:

  • Appetizer of the day - (If you have a favorite please let us know.)
  • Our soup of the day
  • Fresh Tossed Green Salad with our dressing du Jour
  • Pasta of the day
  • Intermezzo
  • Your entrée selection, complemented with seasonal vegetables & Potato/Rice
  • Coffee or Tea
  • Dessert Selection (to be mutually agreed upon)

Please choose five entrees from the following:

  • New York Steak or Filet Mignon (Cooked Medium)  - Veal Marsala -  Scalone
  • Rack of Lamb with a hot mint sauce - Chicken Piccata - Pork Tenderloin
  • Pork Schnitzel - Penne Pesto-(Scallops, Shrimp, Mushrooms W / a Curry Pesto Sauce)
  • Pasta Primavera in a creamy sauce  - Veal Oscar -  Fresh Halibut or Salmon 
  • Total Price (Not Including Gratuity or Alcoholic Beverage) = $ 47.00 Per Person
